• Male & Female units are synchronized to each other

  as well as the die using our PROMax registration system

  shortening on press setup.

• Sheet nicks can be matched to the stripper using our

  PROMax registration system maximizing scrap removal

  and press speeds.

 

 

• Our CNC Rotary cutting system is an integral part

  of the PROMax accuracy in chamfering of the female

  board to optimize scrap removal and sheet travel.

• On press setup is greatly reduced.

• Areas where standard bottom pins are to large to use can

  be effectively stripped with our systems.

• OPTIMax units come standard with Storage Nuts for

  easy storage and handling.

• Units can be fitted with support rails for quicker setup

  and include clamping jaws upon request.
