• Designed for those jobs requiring numerous bottom pins.

• Can be matched exactly to a male stripping board or a

  hand set male made from pins and press bars.

• Allows precision stripping unmatched by conventional

  top & bottom units.

• CleanStrip can be made for any press type or press

  manufacturer.

• Male & Female units are synchronized to each other

  as well as the die using our PROMax registration system

  shortening on press setup.

• Bottom pins simply screw into the base plate, you can

  order one complete or use your own pins.

 

• The CleanStrip system maximizes scrap removal

  and press speeds.

• Our units strip what normally can’t be done with standard

  bottom pins and bars.

• Areas where standard bottom pins are to large to use can

  be effectively stripped with our systems because we can

  use a narrow body pin.

• Very tight or small areas can be cleaned out with a turned

  down pin end to strip as small as 2.5MM dia. (pictured in
