• These are our press ready systems that require only

  mounting in the press.

• We use the Bobst® Angle-Lock system for the female

  Frame which keeps everything square and accurate.

• As a certified supplier of Bobst®, BSI and CCM we build our

  tools using state of the art systems and materials.

• Units fit all popular press models and styles and are

  compatible to Bobst® Centerline and Quicklock.

• Male & Female units are synchronized to each other

  as well as the die using our PROMax registration system

  which can be used to re-center the press.

• Sheet nicks can be matched to the blanker using our

  PROMax nick alignment system maximizing blank removal.

• Both the male and female tools are designed to allow for

  harvesting parts to re-use at the customers discretion.

• Our AXYZ Rotary cutting system is an integral part

  of the OPTIMax accuracy in chamfering of the female

  board to optimize blank removal and sheet travel.

• Available in plain wood, wood/steel, Polycore®, Rayform®

  flat-top female tools.

• We can add solid carton stackers in standard length and

  sliding or triple sliding action.

• OPTIMax units come standard with Storage Nuts for

  easy storage and handling.

• The OPTIMax line is available in Flat-top, wood

  perimeter with grid insert and grid insert to work with

  universal blanking units or Bobst® AngleLock System.
