The

 

• Standard die base is made from either Maple or Birch.

• Available upon request die bases from Koski Polylam,

  PolyCore® and Rayform®.

• All dies are cut using our Lasercut laser with cut accuracy

  of + or - .001” over 1 foot of travel.

• We include counter transfer holes, mounting holes and gripper

  locations on each board based on IADD and Bobst® specs.

• Stripping knives and sheet nicks are matched to all layouts for

  optimum run speeds in stripped only and blanked layouts.

• Units fit all popular press models and styles and are

  compatible to Bobst® Centerline and Quicklock.

• Our designers can work with most file types such as CFFII,

  DDES, Auto-Cad, Adobe Illustrator and PDF.

• Waste nicks can be matched to the stripper using our

  PROMax registration system maximizing scrap removal.

• We use a rotating die label for easy retrieval from die storage.

• We add register holes from our PROMax registration system

  to any job requiring strippers and blankers for unmatched

  accuracy during press runs.

• Dies can be ordered with waterjet cut rubber allowing higher

  press speeds, less sheet break-up, fewer and smaller nicks .
