  Auto-Cad, Adobe Illustrator and PDF.

• Sheet nicks can be matched to the stripper using our

  PROMax registration system maximizing scrap removal

• Sheet and scrap nicks can be scaled down to half the standard

  size and most times require fewer nicks as well.

• With Waterjet cut rubber you will see higher press speeds with

  less sheet break-up. 

 

 

We use and carry many different styles of nick and slot rubber to insure we can give the customer a customized die made to the specifications that will achieve the best results during a press run. When combined with waterjet cut rubber these materials work together to produce consistent uninterrupted press runs at the highest speeds possible whether you are running hand fed or sheet fed die cutters.
