The

 

• Standard die base is made from either Maple or Birch.

• Available for heated die applications are die-bases made from

  Duracore, Duraply and Polycore to eliminate any die shrinkage.

• All dies are cut using our Lasercut laser with cut accuracy

  of + or - .001” over 1 foot of travel.

• We can knife up to 3" by hand and auto-process cutting rule in

  2pt or 3pt up to 1.125" for even greater part accuracy in high dies.

• We match up the rule type and ejection material for each die

  application to give the best results for the material being cut.

• Our dies are recommended for use by several specialty

  machine manufacturers such as all TTARP cutters.

• Our designers can work with most file types such as CFFII,

  DDES, Auto-Cad, Adobe Illustrator and PDF.

• We have an in-house machine shop that can grind rule to any   

  custom heights allowing us to fill orders quickly and accurately.

• We have certified welding and brazing technicians that use the

  most modern technologies to seal rule joints of any type.

• DieMax has done extensive R&D to refine our OPTIMax Stack

  Die which allows us to use standard rule heights of .937" in

  high dies allowing us to offer greater choice in rule technology

  matched to the material and machine used in converting

  thermoformed plastics with higher final part accuracy.

• Dies can be ordered with waterjet cut rubber allowing us to use

  higher rubber types up to 3/4" and offer better matches to the

  material being cut so that final part quality is not compromised.
